We understand that your wedding is likely to be the most important day of your life. It justifies a personal service which will provide a unique experience for you and your guests. Our mobile bar service can be tailored to meet your requirements.

We would love to chat to you about how we could help make your big day even more memorable. We are set up to provide anything from welcome drinks right through to a fully stocked and licenced bar.

All our services include:

  • A customised sign board, this gives you the ability for you to create your own sign with your name or any art work.
  • Personalised music played through the van’s sound system (CD or MP3 playlist).
  • Organisation of Licencing
  • Any help or advice you need regarding keeping your guests hydrated!

Our services can be broken down into three categories Dry Hire, Full Bar and Custom. Use the tabs below to find out more information…

Our Dry Hire service allows you to hire our van (Cedric) and two members of staff.

You will be responsible for buying/supplying the drinks and we will serve them to your guests on your behalf.

This is the best option for those looking to save money whilst offering a free bar to their guests.

Our Full Bar service gives you a wide selection of drinks including draught lager and cider.

For a full list of drinks use the contact form and we will be happy to send you a price list.

For those that want a full bar which is free to guests, we can invoice after the event or offer free drinks until a specified amount is reached.

Mobile Bar in Somerset Conal and Jo (6/20/2015) - Conal and Jo were keen to book Cedric for what he does best - a mobile/cash bar serving up a range of drinks including local ales, ciders and lager.
Mobile Bar in Somerset Bek & Andrew (6/6/2015) - Welcome drinks coincided with PIMM's o'clock, a traditional recipe kept the guests hydrated. All served out of Cedric the mobile bar.
Nick & Jen Wedding Nick & Jen (5/30/2015) - Nick and Jen booked us early in 2014 for their May 2015 wedding at Roughmoor Farm in Taunton. With a couple of heavy downpours in the week we were expecting the worst and were well prepared for rain. We wish we hadn't!
Nina & Ed - Wedding Nina & Ed (4/4/2015) - We were highly excited to get Cedric out of hibernation and out for his first wedding of 2015. We were even more excited to be at a new venue for us, the Forde Abbey in Chard - a beautiful and historic county house.
Kerry & Nick (8/9/2014) - Kerry and Nick are avid festival goers and were keen for their wedding to reflect it! They contacted us well in advance to provide a dry hire mobile bar for "Kipstival".
Ian & Rachel (7/26/2014) - Ian and Rachel opted for our Dry Hire Mobile Bar service which gave them free reign to customise their entire menu and welcome drinks for their wedding at Cowparsley.

Liam & Ella Liam & Ella (7/12/2014) - Liam and Ella instantly grabbed our attention when they told us they were looking for a Mobile Bar to serve a Sheppy's Cider Punch! The happy couple provided the cider punch recipe which we insisted on sampling before the big day.
Mobile Bar Wedding Shaun & Libby (6/28/2014) - We always look forward to Weddings at Cow Parsley, this one was no exception. Shaun and Libby booked us for June 2014 to manage the refreshments for their wedding which included welcome drinks and full bar service until midnight.
Amy and Jesse Amy & Jesse (9/14/2013) - Amy & Jesse's wedding provided admiration as to what family collaboration can achieve.

The wedding celebrations were at the family home in Stockland-Bristol, the home was transformed with the use of homemade decorations, marquees and hay-bails into a Vintage themed wonderland.
